images: | sleeping room | ... and entrance |		 Every apartment has two rooms plus bathroom en suite, the entrance is to the east, balcony or terrace faces the west towards the sea.
The sleeping room has -depending on the flat- two single beds or a doublebed, additional places to sleep are in the living room to comfortably accommodate up to four people.

  

All flats are equipped with air-condition and central heating, hairdryer, TV and telephone. The floor plan and furnishing is different, depending on its location in the house.

Every kitchen has coffee machine, dishes, glasses and cutlery, refrigerator, sink, stove with extractor hood and oven or microwave.

The bathroom has bathtub or douche as well as the usuall small cupboards.

image: | balcony |		 The bay of Plakias can be seen from the balcony as well as the surrounding villages, on good conditions even the coastline near Rodakino comes into sight further west.

Nearly every apartment is additionally equipped with a sofa bed for two.
