Every studio has private balcony with views to the sea to enjoy coffee in the morning or a relaxing drink at sunset time, when the sun becomes king and slowly sinks beneath the horizon.

| There are eight good sized studios on two floors, the garden is directly accessible from the ground floor.
The views are quite spectacular: to the west the island of Gavdos, the most southerly part of Europe. To the east at the end of Plakias' long sandy beach the hill is called 'Kakomouri' with the story of the caves.

Studios consist of one large room with bed, kitchenette and extra bathroom with shower / WC. The kitchen with hotplate, fridge and dishes for three persons allows an independent stay. |

| Nearly all studios have air-conditioning , which can be bought for a small fee. Additional beds can be provided for children.
